It touches and grows up into the basis of the grandmother and father of a cooking investigator, the handmade taste, and the real taste.

YukiyoUnder U.S. studying abroad I got to know importance of enzyme.
Although "pursuit of the taste" was a subject of My research ,
I regazed anew about the importance of a meal, nutrition, and enzyme taking advantage of familiar people illness.
I'm thinking holistic to a meal and nutrition, and am inquiring from various angles and viewpoints.
Eating is indispensable in order to support a life and to maintain health.
And there is wonderful culture in a "meal" simultaneously.
I value traditional Japanese gastronomic culture and think that it is a secret of health to enjoy a "meal" while taking in deliciously the "enzyme" which can also be said to be the leading role of life activity.I feel happy if the help which gives you happiness through a meal can be performed.
